How can I track my order?
We use a combination of Australia Post, Couriers and Direct Freight for domestic delivery within Australia and all will be sent with tracking orders.
All delivery time frames are estimated by our couriers.
When will my order be sent out?
Pet Things Online endeavours to dispatch orders within 3-4 working days from our warehouse. This includes the time to quality inspect and process your order.
Orders placed on Public Holidays or Weekends will begin their processing on the next business day.

We are based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia
How do I know you received my order?
Successful orders will display a Thank You page with your order number and confirmation immediately after completing your order.
A confirmation email with your order number, invoice and details will also be sent. This should come through within an hour, but sometimes can go to your spam - so please check your junk to make sure if you haven’t received a confirmation.
I just placed my order, can I cancel it?
We aim to process orders as quickly as we can, and as a result we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes can be made.
However, we recommend you contact our Customer Support Team via email - hello@petthingsonline.com.au and we will try our best to help you.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we are currently accepting orders from Australia only.
What should I do if I receive a faulty or incorrect item?
In the event you have received an incorrect or faulty item, please contact our Customer Support Team hello@petthingsonline.com.au with your order number and brief description of the issue and we will happily find a solution for you.
