Shipping & Returns

Pet Things Online endeavours to dispatch orders within 3-4 working days from our warehouse and we are currently accepting orders from Australia only. Orders placed on Public Holidays or Weekends will begin their processing on the next business day.

We use a combination of freight partners and couriers for domestic delivery within Australia and all orders will be sent with tracking. 

All delivery time frames are estimated by our couriers.

Shipping on all orders over $300 exc GST is free throughout Australia and flat-rate shipping cost of $12 exc GST applies to orders under $300.

Due to a high volume of orders during sale periods there may be delays in dispatching orders. 

Exchanges, Returns & Refund Policy

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

No returns on all products unless damaged or faulty upon arrival.

We are not liable for shipping, exchange and refund fees if shipping address is submitted incorrectly when placing an order. 

Delivery Delays 

From time to time, our freight partners will experience delays impacting both standard and express posts. As a result, your order may take longer to arrive.
